Privacy Policy
This policy explains what The Foundry collects from the families we serve, how it is used, and the control you keep over it. It applies to every family served by The Foundry and is available without signing in.
01 · What we collect
To enroll an athlete, we ask a guardian for their name, email address, and phone number, along with the athlete's age and program interest.
For safety and care, we may also record medical notes (such as allergies or conditions), emergency contact details, and your choice on photo and video consent.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers or banking details.
02 · How we use it
The information families share is used to operate our programs and to communicate with you — enrollment, scheduling, safety, and program updates. Nothing more.
03 · What we never do
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with outside parties for marketing or any other purpose.
04 · Photo & video consent
When you enroll, you choose whether your athlete may appear in photos and video. We honor that choice in everything we publish, and you can change it at any time.
05 · Review, changes & deletion
Families can ask to see, update, or delete their information at any time. To make a request, thefoundry@theaptgym.com and we will take care of it.
