About

The Curriculum.

The structure behind every session: designed, measured, and coached.

Four Systems.
One Athlete.

The Foundry is a structured athletic development institution. Its curriculum is delivered in eight-week terms, each defined by a movement focus, a technical focus, and a formal assessment. Every athlete's progress is documented and reported to families in writing.

  1. 01

    Movement Literacy

Before speed, there is control. Athletes master posture, balance, landing, and coordination: the foundation that makes every later gain safer and more lasting.

  2. 02

    Speed & Power

Speed is a skill, and it is taught. Acceleration, top-end velocity, and explosive strength are built through structured progressions and tested at three points every term.

  3. 03

    Character & Accountability

The standard extends beyond sport. Effort, discipline, and coachability are coached and rated every session, and each Saturday the Leadership Circle teaches one trait of character grounded in Scripture.

  4. 04

    Load & Recovery

Young athletes are trained, never overtrained. Every session is matched to the athlete's age and stage of development, with rest, sleep, and growth built into the plan.
