What if I only have 30 minutes to work out?

If you’re simply trying to lead a healthy, active life, a 30-minute workout two to three times a week is great. But, if you’re attempting to lose weight, gain muscle, or increase your endurance, you should consider taking your workouts up to the 60-minute mark

What's the best diet for weight loss?

Depending on your health and fitness goals, you'll need to commit to a minimum of two to days of exercise each week to see results. Any fewer than that and each workout will feel like you're starting all over again each time.
