Programs
The Assessment Protocol.
Every Foundry athlete is measured against the same five tests, under the same conditions, three times every term. Progress is never assumed. It is recorded.

Seconds · Lower is better
60m Top-End Speed
Maximum velocity once fully accelerated.

Standing Broad Jump

Centimeters · Higher is better
800m Aerobic Test
Endurance and pacing over two laps.
Minutes · Lower is better

The Cycle
Three assessments. Every term.
Week 1 · Baseline
Establishes each athlete's starting point for the term.
Week 4 · Midpoint
Measures progress and sets priorities for Weeks 5–8.
Midpoint Progress Report
Week 8 · Final
Records the term's results and personal bests.
End-of-Term Report
The Standard
Measured the same way, every time.
Same Protocol
Identical distances, start positions, and instructions for every athlete.
Recorded by Staff
Results are entered by Foundry coaching staff, with up to three trials and the best result recorded.
Documented Conditions
Session date, timing method, and conditions are recorded with every result.
The Report
Results, in writing.
- 01Results for all five tests, with change since baseline
- 02Personal bests and charts of progress across the term
- 03Character and accountability ratings from the coaching staff
- 04Coach comments and goals for the next phase
Reports are published in the Family Portal and available as a PDF. Results are compared only with the athlete's own previous results, never ranked against other athletes.
Schedule an Evaluation →New athletes complete the same five tests at their evaluation.
