Avelino Elie

ISSA Master Trainer

Avelino Elie brings close to a decade of training experience, coaching executives, financial professionals, and high performers in Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn before founding The Foundry in 2026. The Standard for Every Coach

Held to the Standard.

Every adult who coaches a Foundry athlete meets the same four standards, without exception.

01

Vetted

Every coach completes a criminal background check before working with athletes, renewed every two years.

02

Certified

Every coach holds current CPR and First Aid certification and is trained in concussion awareness.

03

Trained

Every coach is trained in the Foundry curriculum, the assessment protocol, and emergency procedures before leading a session.

04

Accountable

No coach is ever alone with an athlete out of sight of others, and any concern may be raised in confidence with the Designated Safeguarding Officer.
